Chocolate Crinkles

5 oz. baking dark chocolate chopped 
3/4 cup flour plus 2 Tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cube butter slightly softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla

Melt chocolate making sure not to burn it. Combine dry ingredients and give them a good stir. Beat butter with mixer until fluffy. Slowly add the sugars. When it is well blended add the egg and vanilla and melted chocolate. Reduce the speed on the mixer and add the flour mix slowly until well mixed. Mold the dough into a log shape and wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 
When the mixture is firm, cut into one inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Let baked cookies rest on cookie sheet for two minutes after they come out of the oven before transferring them.
