Gluten Free Brownies
1 stick butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup gluten free flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Melt chocolate and butter in sauce pan. Stir the sugar into the melted mixture. Turn off heat and let it cool about three to five minutes. Whisk eggs and vanilla together then add to chocolate mix. Then add flour and blend it well with a whisk. Pour mixture into 9x 11 cake pan and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. These brownies are chewy and delicious!
